The first 3,000 registered volunteers will receive a CleanUp Starter Kit (sent by mail) with the essentials to participate: two trash bags and a pair of plant.
"Last year we had around 160 people on the day," Ms Cadman said. Ms Cadman was pleased to see numbers up this year.
